Support Broker Services, LLC is a Long Term Care vendor dedicated to assisting Participants in planning, securing, and directing the supports necessary for independent living. Participants have the option to utilize their managed care funds to engage the services of a broker. Support Broker services are recognized and available across Wisconsin counties.
